  In February I purchased a car from Audi Sutherland: There was a discrepancy of $7000. Audi said this was the accumulated interest on the small loan I took out with them, I asked for the calculation of interest to be emailed to me..They agreed. Well I am still waiting for the figures. Audi have been contacted many times with No Reply !! In June: Audi finally disclosed documents in full which was documentation never viewed prior to this. GUESS WHAT : This was not accumulated interest.. instead Audi Sutherland added on - an extended warranty and other insurances that was never mentioned and never asked for to the tune of $7000. Now they will not take responsibility and are making it difficult to cancel these policies. I think this is called Stealing? Well I have disclosed to Audi that I have been in the Shire for many years and have a business here for 24 years therefore I have a duty of care to the residents of the Shire to tell them about the lack of duty of care Audi Sutherland has for its customers. i found Audi Sutherland devoid of integrity and they really don't care !!
